Late Arrivals: We ask you to arrive on time for your treatment . clients arriving more than 20 minutes late will pay a late fee of $40 . clients arriving more than 30 minutes late the appointment will be rescheduled.
Late Cancellations: Emergencies do happen, we understand , in case you need to cancel your treatment we simply ask you to notify us on reschedulings or cancellations at least 24 hours prior your treatment.
No Shows: You will be charge a $50 no show fee on your next treatment.
